Cheryl Millett BSc RNCP CCIr RIr has a degree in Holistic Nutrition and a diploma in Iridology with a specialty interest in digestion. For over 19 years, Cheryl worked for one of Canada’s largest grocery retailers in finance & risk management with experience in agricultural commodities and therefore the food processing area, so she has seen first hand the sugar refinery process, flour milling, and oil refining. For the past two years, Cheryl has practiced nutritional consulting with a belief in raw foods, omega 3s, enzymes, nutritional cleansing and minerals for optimum health. Her goals are to give her clients and others the education and tools to create a better quality of life. Recommendations are personalize based on the person’s level of motivation and current lifestyle in order to achieve optimum results. Cheryl has successfully coached hundreds to improve their health.
In addition to Nutritional Health Coaching, Cheryl is a Business Trainer, Writer and Speaker, including presentations at a Healthcare College and at corporate locations such as Loblaw Companies. Most recently she is the Co-Founder of the Health and Wealth Revolution along with being an organizer of the Forest Hill Walk Club where there are currently over 170 members, and the group Healthy Babies! Healthy Future!
Cheryl is on the President’s Advisory Council for Auum Inc. She is a Board member for the Canada StairClimbing Association. With her knowledge on nutrition, Cheryl enjoys supporting Advantage 4 Athletes, Fusion Studio and Project CLIMB, Inspiring Single Mothers! She has enjoyed the focus and accomplishments of running marathons. Cheryl's greatest joy is her family and she believes in balance for a healthier life. Her passion is changing lives and living the life of healthier possibilities!
My Personal Message
Through my writing, presentations and coaching, my goal is to touch thousands of lives around the world in their journey to better their health by feeling their full health potential.
This adventure called life is worth living! My adventures includes raising a family, scuba diving, parachuting, traveling the world to experience other cultures and nature, and spending special time with old and new friends, and family. I would not change anything as I feel everything happens for a reason.
What time is it? NOW Learning is very important to me and personal growth is now a part of my lifestyle. I look forward to many more adventures in the future, some the same and some new. The anticipation and journey is creating for me a life of fulfillment and happiness!
I have learned that great things take time and that patience is a virtue. Do I believe in the ‘Law of Attraction’? Yes, but the process can take time too! The key to making anything happen sooner or to be successful is by gaining or acquiring the right tools and putting them in action. The right tools are the same thing as the building blocks of our body…the nutrition the body needs to be the best it can be.
I am accepting of where I am today, not striving for perfection but to be the best I can be. If I want to go some place then I need to set my thoughts on it.
